Cooperation

The winemaker: Ernst F. Loosen. The bar expert: Philippe C. Grandbois. The herbalist: Tanja Grandbois.

Together we have created a new type of vermouth, consisting of the finest, delicately residual sweet Mosel Kabinett and eleven exquisite, naturally extracted plants (botanicals). The Würzgarten Vermouth is matured in traditional Mosel fuder barrels without any added sugar. Mosel Riesling meets bar culture!

After a whole year of testing and over 50+ recipes, a final recipe was decided upon. A collaboration of palates and perspectives, with the support of the entire DR. LOOSEN team.
